Terms

These terms cover the planner app at app.fayandform.com and digital planners sold by Fay & Form.

The product

A purchase is a licence for your household to use the planner pages and, where the offer says so, the matching app. You may print the pages for your household. You may not resell the files or share a sign-in so people outside the household can use a paid plan.

Accounts

You need a Google account to buy and to keep planners. You are responsible for the people you invite into your household. Children are profiles an adult looks after; they do not get their own sign-in.

The studio

Catalogue changes, publishing, and complimentary access are limited to allow-listed studio accounts. A shared passcode is not a customer account.

Availability

We aim to keep the app available, and we do not promise uninterrupted access. Planner text you entered stays in the database so it can be shown again after a restart.
