What we store

When you sign in with Google we store your email, the name Google sends, and which household you belong to. Planner entries you type are stored so the app can show them again. A contact message stores the name, email, and message you submit.

Payments

Card payments are taken by Stripe. We store the Stripe checkout id against the household so a paid order opens the right planner once. We do not store card numbers.

Planner files

When the studio converts a PDF, we keep the extracted text. The original file is kept as well when it is small enough to store with the conversion, so a failed compile can be downloaded and tried again.

Who can see it

A private planner is visible to the person it belongs to, and to adults in the household when it belongs to a child. A together planner is visible to the household. The studio account can convert and publish catalogue planners. Guest invitation links are visible to anyone who has the link.

How long

Account and planner data stays until you ask us to delete it. Email hello@fayandform.com from the address on the account. Invitation links expire after 7 days if unused.
